How do I receive my purchase?
Purchases are applied automatically to your account. Make sure you enter your exact in-game username at checkout. If you're not online at the time, your items are delivered the next time you join.
I bought something but didn't receive it. What now?
Delivery usually takes under a minute. If it takes longer, join our Discord and open a ticket with your order ID and we'll sort it out.
Do ranks expire?
No. All ranks are a one-time purchase and stay yours forever, across all seasons.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final. If something went wrong with your order, contact us on Discord and we'll help.
Do I keep my purchase after a server reset?
Ranks and cosmetics carry over. In-game currency, items and money are reset along with the map.
